Earlier this year Quadriga were enlisted to sympathetically restore Albion Court in Leeds, a stunning Grade II listed gothic revival style building.
Albion Court was originally built in 1848 as the Church Institute. It sits in the heart of the Leeds busisness and retail district and now provides lesiure, retail and office accomodation over 5 floors.
Works included:
Erection of full scaffold
Cleaning of stone
Re-pointing of stone and brickwork
Stone repairs
Brickwork replacement
Lift off and re-bed coping stones
Repairs to the roof
