The Grade II listed Central Library in Blackpool was opened in 1911 and was designed in Edwardian Baroque style. It is a red brick building with stone dressings with Ionic columns ar the corner entrance.
Works included:
- Lifting existing roof areas and replace with reclaimed slate
- Install new liquid roof membrane
- Lime pointing to stone masonry inclduing parapets, copings and chimneys
- Window repairs
- Restoration work to roof lantern
