Faulkner House offers commercial space over 5 storeys in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Quadriga were instructed to clean the external façade which forms part of Bruntwood’s Manchester portfolio.
Works included
- Thermatech clean to the stone columns and mosaic panels. Thermatech can achieve temperatures of up to 150℃
- Works were undertaken from a suspended cradles cantilevered from roof level
